Locations of the e-Competence Network in Uganda

The e-Competence Network consists of:

• e-Competence Agency (CA): The CA based in Kampala is responsible for the coordination, monitoring and maintenance of the e-Competence Network.
• e-Competence and Test Centres (CTCs): A CTC provides all training programmes offered by the e-Competence Network as well as final competence tests. So far there are seven CTCs in operation, located in Kampala, Arua, Hoima, Kabale, Lira, Masaka and Mbale. (CTC are indicated on the map on the left side of this page.)
• e-Competence Centres (CCs): A CC provides all training programmes offered by the e-Competence Network. The e-Competence Agency will accredit up to 30 CCs to the Network until 2009. (CCs are not indicated on the map on the left side of this page.)
